Non-Emergency Service Calls

Non-emergency service calls will be scheduled during regular business hours. Billing starts from the time the technician leaves the shop and ends when they return to the shop – minimum one (1) hour.

Emergency Home Generator Service Calls

Service calls requiring immediate attention are deemed “emergency,” regardless of time of day or day of the week. Any customer requesting immediate service will be made aware that the service call will be billed at an emergency rate.

*Please note – inquiries made during a widespread outage will be placed on a priority list, as resources may be limited.

During Regular Business Hours

Emergency service requested for residential or commercial generator systems during regular business hours will be billed at 1.5x the posted labor rate from the time the technician leaves the shop until the time they return to the shop – minimum one (1) hour.

After Hours and Weekends

Emergency service requested outside of regular business hours and on weekends, will be billed at 2x the posted labor rate from the time the technician leaves the shop until the time they return to the shop – minimum two (2) hours.

Holidays

Emergency service requested on federal holidays will be billed at 2.5x the posted labor rate from the time the technician leaves the shop until the time they return to the shop – minimum two (2) hours.
